AI isn't really "learning." And once trained, the learning stops.

For those that have long thought that AI can learn based on the information it was given, this is a more refined take on that approach. AI systems are based on large sets of information and often not updated. Riemer and Peter provide a really helpful explanation in understanding both their usage and concerns around their usage.
